Number2.com is a free prep system. You can receive daily e-mails with the vocabulary word of the day and question of the day.

Kaplan and the Princeton Review classes can be very expensive, and I consider them the equivalent of hiring a personal trainer. They can be there to give you some pointers, but the most important thing is that they force you to do the work.

If you're motivated enough that you can get yourself to study every day, you don't need to spend a lot of money.
