Is it possible a president like LULA in Brazil forfeit the people wealth?

Under Lula , the taxes have gone up, but Brazil has had economic stability under his Presidency.So I think the wealthy may not like him, but he's not too bad.

LULA, it's an American thing! it has nothing to do with Brazil or any other country!!
