hi i'm 36 and pregnant back after 11 years! i'm 19 weeks. I relish being pregnant, yet i do not forget that the hormones and unusual pains can get you down. the different day even as i develop into getting out of my motor vehicle - i might want to sense discomfort on the bottom of my abdomen - like it necessary better help. i'm drained alot, too. i have been through early being pregnant bleeding (threatened miscarriage), those days I slipped contained in the bathe and that i gave myself an rigidity attack tense if the little you could nonetheless be very well, i stumbled on out that I extremely have gestational diabetes, and to authentic each and every thing off the genetic counselor scared me about what would properly be. Ew and that i have been getting alot of heartburn back basically those days, and that i'm already huge, yet i think my abdomen starting to be more and more on a daily basis. i'm basically drained - the only aspect about this being pregnant that keeps me going is the ultrasounds! i love to be able to work out my invaluable little female!! We basically went through a huge flow to a sparkling abode and that i'm drained from shifting - i do not have issues napping. in case you won't be able to sleep at evening then possibly you need to attempt to tire your self out in the course of the day - take a walk or do some thing to get your concepts off of the unpleasantness that you're feeling. once you eventually end up ridden with rigidity - stress your self - to do some thing diverse that receives your concepts off of issues!

Your baby is pushing against your stomach, it is pushing the food back up causing the pain, indigestion. Try eating smaller amounts, but eat several time during the day. Good luck.

Could be heartburn, could be something else. Mild cases of heartburn are very common during pregnancy. Call your doctor, describe your symptoms and see if they want you to come in, or try an antacid first.

same thing that happend to me, being pregnant have nothing to do with it. it's probably gas or heart burn, but for me i was getting gas because i was drinking milk, i never knew i had problems with dairy, until my doctor pointed it out, he told me not to eat dairy for a week, and see if that is the problem, turns out it was dairy that was giving me gas,so now i can only have 1 and a half servings of dairy. sucks huh!
oh and congrats on your baby! i'm so happy for you!

It can be heartburn or something else more serious like a pleural or pericardial effusion. Search for medical counseling

it could be that the baby has changed positions and that you feel way too full now. try and eat smaller meals more often so you dont feel hungry but if the baby moves it wont push it up and make you feel so full....
