Ok, i spent two weeks in London with my sister a while back, and her and her roommates' routines were about the same:

They woke up at about 2pm every day, got up, got dressed, had the usual bacon and eggs if there was time. Then they left to catch the national rail to London Bridge. When they got there, they'd buy a coffee from Starbucks and catch the next train to work. Then they worked until 2am in the morning and took a taxi home. Over weekends they went to many different places. My sister and I went to many pubs and tried a lot of new things (we went to a Thai restaurant, an Irish pub, etc). When they had time they either went to a club (my preferance was rock-clubs) or they went to see a play at one of the many theatres. Most nights we just spent walking around Picadilly Circus or Oxford Circus and eating junkfood. To read i bought mostly FHM, Kerrang!, Daily Mail and such. We also went to Camden Town and spent hours walking around there looking at all the stalls and such. To eat i either had McDonalds, Sainsbury's ready meals or we went to any pub or restaurant and ordered something that didnt involve dried blood (Black Pudding). Hope it helps.
