I live in Virginia but I have work on North Carolina for the past 9 years. I have paid North Carlina taxes for the past 9 years. Would this qualify me for in-sate tuition for North Carolina colleges?

Nope. You have to be a North Carolina resident.

The tuition most likely depends on the state of your residency. Try contacting the college or going to their website & see if they offer that information.'
