There's a couple of ways.

1. Make sure all of your body motion is moving forward into the point of contact. Ball slightly out front and slightly to the right and bend you knees and push your body up into the point of contact while maintaining a loose arm and wrist with a firm grip. you should envision yourself throwing your racquet face into the ball.

2. You said you are strong but lifting weights to build arm strength and doing squats with weights to build leg strength will help. Also do some flexibility exercises which focus moving your body in one fluid explosive motion.

3. Remember speed of the serve and power are not exactly the same. A serve can zip through the court because of racquet head speed through the point of contact. However, using your entire body for the serve adds power and that umph factor. The opponent will feel pressured because it will most definitely be a heavy ball.

The last thing you want in your serve is a glitch. Such as a pause in your serve. Even so, try to slow down and loosen up everything else until the impact point. This will enable you to use all your potential energy towards the collision of the ball and the strings moving the ball foreward. Also tossing the ball more infront of you makes you reach for it more which will give you greater impact force. This also allows you to get in a better possition to recieve the opponnent's return of serve.

Practice throwing a hard ball with someone. Take practice serves with a heavier raquet without the ball. Push Ups are good. Take your raquet back slow 123, when you bend your elbow explode 456 in your mind. It will build arm speed.

throw the ball more in front of you
make sure you hit the sweet spot in the middle of your strings
bring the power in from your hips and shoulders
not too much slice or spin on the ball, just a bit.
