i find it hard to concentrate and my mind vanders without my knowledge..ny sugestions

Take notes... Writing down only the key ideas of what your prof is saying usually helps me stay focused.... Good luck!

take a nap b4 lect. also,suck some sweets or haf chocolate.can also..write notes..
