Try not to use soap, i have never used soap on my face since i was a teenager and now i got my partner soap free aswell, and his skin is beatufil now, he uses clean and clear, this thoroughly removes day to day dirt out of your pores, much more than soap can, you wil be surprised how much dirt you will see on the cotton wool at the end of the day.
They have a range of things to follow through after cleansing such as blackhead removers, blemishes, not sure what your skin type is like, so couldn't suggest any other exact products without knowing.
You can get these from Tesco or Boots.
And if you don't want to go in and buy them you can always just order online, you can't go worng, all these product explain exactly what they do. good luck

For the body, Simple or Neutrogena (or any other good quality, Ph balanced product). Be carefull of the face, soap dries out the fragile facial skin and damages it leaving it more vulnerable to other skin complaints. Use a non-soap cleanser, rinse in cold clean water, pat dry (don't rub) and use a good moisturiser. Bad skin is not manly, a good regime of personal care is!

Coal Tar soap and shampoo, its the best remedy I know for clearing spots and rashes on face and scalp. You can buy it from most supermarkets, but beware, it must be the original 'Wrights Coal Tar Soap' brand. For shampoo I found the Polytar shampoo from Boots did the trick.

Do not use soap. Use Liz Earle cleanse and polish products. Available from QVC. I cannot guarantee it but I have recommended it to so many people and they have been delighted. This range is all natural and Liz developed it because she had bad exzema. You should see her skin now, it is perfect. Good luck. I have used it myself for 5 years and my skin looks better than it did twenty years ago.
