You nose and ears are connected to your throat. When you throw up and it comes out your nose it just means that you are throwing up with a little more force that usual. Try eating smaller meals more often and this should cut down on your throwing up. Also try crackers or rice cakes to cut down on the nausea.

It just means the pressure your stomach caused made your throw by come out your nose and your mouth. Maybe you had your mouth closed and it bypassed it and came out your nose.
Everything is connected.
It also means you are sick or something you ate was bad
