I am interested for that position and I already apply for transfer. I am an education for that position, My question is , if board ask me why do u like that change????

I would tell them that you wish to change jobs because you want to learn more about the hotel business and hope to move up the ladder in that industry. It doesnt help to add that you would like to stay working for this place rather than go on to some other job.
