What QUESTIONS should be raised in order to ASSESS a vision of a perfect society? What kind of info is necessary for this?

Who decides if the society is perfect?
How is wealth/property distributed?

Since a perfect society is impossible, almost any question about the society is valid and useful. Heck, the term "perfect society" is an oxymoron!
