Refer to your previous question…
I suspect that if you were considering ‘faking a DNA test result’ then you know your ex ‘is the father of your son’ !!!
Am I right to assume that you and the child’s father never got married?
I am referring to an earlier question in which you asked about a non-Muslim being prohibited from raising her half-Muslim son if she and the father never got married.
Sorry, but I can only suggest that you need to seek ‘legal’ advice…
Forget about trying to fake DNA Test Results or anything else ‘illegal’ or you will just end up getting yourself into trouble.
Seek ‘legal advice’ and hopefully you will be able to come up with a solution that will prevent your son from being taken away from you.
Good luck !!!

The only way to prove that a man is or is not the father of a baby is to have a DNA test done. I am not sure what you are referring to when you say you thought of paying someone to do "it"? Do you mean pay someone to do the paternity test? I suggest that you deny that he is the father of your son. Then, if he wants to pursue the matter, he will have to pay for the paternity testing as well as a lawyer. If he shows that he is the father, he will not have any legal rights to take your son from you unless there is evidence you are an unfit mother. If he is the father, he will be required to pay child support and will most likely be given some visitation rights. This all takes some time to get through the legal system, so you need to do as much as you can to show you are a good mom. Take parenting classes, make sure the place you live is clean, safe, and well-kept at all times, and keep financial records of how much you spend for your son's basic needs such as diapers, formula, clothing, etc. Save your money and do not pay for a paternity test. You do not have to prove he is not the father. It will be his burden to prove that he is the father before he can do anything. All he can do now is threaten you, but it may be wise to consult a lawyer for advice as to how to handle a situation like this.

If he was your ex- why would he think he is the father.... Were you pregnant when you met him, or did you cheat????
Did you tell him from the beginning he was the only one and was the father????
If you got caught with your hands in the cookie jar, then you have some explaining to do to him.
Fess up, perhaps he will back off, if you were unfaithful or you trapped him...
Get the DNA test, it will stop all this presumption and what if's.....

You can have a paternity test done. They will send you a swab for their cheeks, and you will swab both of them, send it back in and then wala! You will know for sure, if you don't already. Your ex shouldn't have a problem with it because he wants the same thing, just that he IS the father instead of IS NOT!

Have a DNA test done.
If he IS NOT the boy's father he will not be able to take him away from you.
If he IS the father of the boy, he might be able to take him away from you if he can show that you are an unfit mother.

If you are so sure that he is not, why not let him take the test? If you are against it, maybe you are not so sure? Proving paternity doesn't mean that he is able to take your child away. He has to have a lot stronger reasons than that!

go to the court house and tell them that you want to get child support.
The prosecutor will start an action and you can do DNA testing.
