They're better for sure. They need help side defense and they have that now with Ben Wallace. Ben Gordon is still maturing and becoming one the the elite players in the league. I would say they're going to do well this year.

They are a young team even if they don't win this year they will win the finals in the next couple of years. Ben Gordan isn't there only good player, Andres Nocioni isnt metioned enough and should get this credit, he is probably the best defensve player on the bulls, besides Ben Wallace of course, an Kirk Hinrich also played in the olympics and wasnt that bad.

If Hienrich and Gordon can both prove they belong as starters in the NBA and can perform in the clutch, the Bulls are definately the best team in the East now.

They have a nice shot with Ben Wallace they weren't bad last year so they have a nice shot but with my Cavs in the division they aren't that good

well they got a mad good defense this year.
they have a really young team except for wallace but they will probably get to like the 3rd round of the playoffs
