I didnt realise there was a high demand for suprise picnics.
I dont think such a company exists, Can you imagine going onto dragons den with that idea.

I've never heard of this being done anywhere. If you truly loved him, why would you not wish to organise it yourself? He's not 30 every day, you know.

Why not get up and make it yourself.
Do you want someody to orgainse singing 'happy birthday' too?
Perhaps somebody to buy your present or him....?
