Unless you are still growing naturally, it is physically impossible to gain height without external help (high heeled shoes) or surgery (leg lengthening, which is both creepy and painful but happens a lot in china)
Standing up straight can add inches to some people's height, but only if they slouch already.
The only people affected height wise by what they eat are the people who are affected negatively (people who are malnurished will be small in stature) so eating healthily will help you reach your height potential but will not make you grow taller then you are meant to be.

My brother was a chubby teen. Then he started with more exercise, (rugby) and ate more protein (red meat). He got his growth spurt at that time as he got slimmer.
But then again, he inherited his grandfather's height.
A lot depends on your starting body status: Genes pool; extra weight; exercise.
Do what you can to change things you can; recognise what you can't change and make the best of it.
If you are stuck at my altitude, (I got my other grandad's height) then work with it, not against it. Height is relative, afterall. You may be intimidating than those that others look up to.
If being the tallest person in the room is important to you, er, tell others to sit while you stand

Never get out of bed; you lose about an inch during the day because of gravity compression and all that business. You;ll always be that inch taller if you never get out of bed :P

You can't. Height is genetically determined, and the only thing you can do is get used to your stature. People come in all sizes. Just be glad you're not 6'8".

its as simple as this : start cycling with a bicycle for about 2-3 hours a day . you would get the result within 1 month. keep your body straight while cycling. drink lots of milk everyday. while walking always keep your body straight and erect.
