Corn cob is the part of the corn that you usually throw away after eating or removing the corn kernels, this is the one of the answers.

This is partially true. Some of the other answer looks good.

People do use it to make some nick-nacks, Mark Twain made the local product well known, it was a pipe he used , it was made from Corn Cob.

If the corn kernals are removed by processors of corn then they are use in different ways, to make various products.

They are also chopped up and used as cattle feed.

The whole corn is use in cattle feed by chopping up and storing for a while, it turns to Silage, a term for mildly fomented corn and it is feed to the cattle.
