im on the pill but have missed quite a few and think i could be pregnant

It depends on whether you've been having sex or not.
If you have, then there is every possibility that you are pregnant.

I would say, yes you're probably pregnant. If you miss more than like 2 in a row, and it was around week 2 of your pill pack, and you've had sex, then yes, you probably got pregnant because that is the time that your body would release an egg if it was going to. So I'm assuming you did release an egg because you weren't taking your pills correctly, and you probably had unprotected sex, without thinking that sperm can live in your body for like 5 days.
Take a preggy test. First thing in the morning, as that is when the results will be the most accurate.

Sometimes birth controll makes it easier to get pregnant especially if you miss some. When i was pregnant with my first my period came for one day then stoped come to find out i was pregnant. If you take a pregnancy test now though it could be a waste of time and money. Wait until next month if your period doesn't start take a test, EPT works great. Remember to wait if you take it too soon it will probably come up negative because your body doesn't have enough of the pregnancy hormone. If you are pregnant congrats!

Why do you guys keep asking these same questions? If you've missed a period then get a pregnancy test. If it comes up + then you are if it comes up - you aren't and if you can't figure out what the little symbols mean then get the one that yes *pregnant* or *not pregnant*. Why bother with the pill if you are to lazy to take it anyway? Sheesh!

It's possible to become pregnant while on the pill if you take them regularly. If you've missed a few and only had a small period since the odds are much greater. Get medical advice as soon as possible.

It's certainly possible. If it concerns you enough you might want to invest in a home pregnancy test. If it's negative and you still think you might be pregnant after a couple more weeks, you can try again. Sometimes they won't catch it if it's really early. Even then, sometimes the home tests artifically fail, so it never hurts to try again. Actually, even when you take the pill correctly there is still a small chance you could be pregnant.

It only takes you to miss 1 pill to mess up your month, you should of been explained all this when you first start using this method of contraceptive so yes you definitley could be pregnant, even if you take your pills correctly they are only 99% accurate and if your sick at all or take any other form of medication even paracetamol this can effect your pill too. i'd go see a doc if i were you.

yea you could get pregnant from missing seveal pills but also you could screw up your cycle as well. I would take a test and then if you are not and do not want to be I would switch birth control to something that you wont forget as easily. Like the patch or something else...talkt o you gyno about other bc options.

Have you done a test? you can get pregnant when taking the pill properly so theres every chance you could be,do it soon cause taking the pill while pregnant could harm your baby
