Casey Mears will be. From what I've heard Casey is good friends with Jimmie Johnson which might explain how he got the ride. But I wonder how Casey and Kyle Busch will get along since the two of them had had two run-ins earlier this year. I remember them because both times Casey accidentally wrecked Kyle and Kyle went off the deep end and threw his Hans-Device at Casey.
