Is there any more ways the Detroit Lions can possibly blow a game and/or lose?

I am not a conspiracy theorist, but either the Lions owners are nuts or Matt Millen is blackmailing them (with some videotape or pictures about some scandalous affair) that helps him to keep his job. It cannot be a coincidence that every single personnel decision made in Millen's tenure can go wrong.
