The previous answers are good, but what ever name you choose I would keep out the word "fried" if I was you because of the bad name fried foods have. Implications of obesity and heart disease. and it has to be something memorable and catchy. Good luck

What's your gimmick?

Think of a ploy to make you stand out. What makes your joint any better than any of the rest? Try to play that into the name.
