Mostly, the size of your breasts will determine if and how much they may droop. Breasts are really just modified sweat glands, there are no muscles to tone up or strengthen. However, all is not lost, the pectoral muscles line the chest wall where the breasts are attached and most exercises for the pectorals while not doing anything directly for the breasts, will strengthen and tone that support and may give you an appearance you are happier with.

Bra at night doesn't delay it much, but it defintely does not cause breathing problems. I have asthma and still wear one at night mainly for comfort. I to with a sport bra without underwire.
I'm sorry, but it has a lot to do with size, but even the perky little ones will sag after giving birth and with time. It's sad but true.

nope, wearing a bra at night won't help. you didn't say if you were the proper weight for your height? that may cause the droopiness (cause heavier women tend to deposit more fat in the breast) or it may be genetics that give you those bigger breasts. the only way you can become perkier is with a good bra or (GASP) surgery. just love what ya got!!!

I think big size could result to the droopiness. I dont think sleeping overnight with bras will stop that. Just take care of yourself, eat well with lots salad and fish oils.
This is just what big sizes have to cope with.

I think it is normal for large breasts to droop a little. Have you been for a fitting at a specilaised corsetier? They should be able to fit you with a bra that is right for you.

you can consult your gynec and ask for specific excercises to make the breasts tight. but WOW 36 C is good as it is,. don't worry about sagging. any ways it'll be so after your first child birth. so, enjoy.
wearing a bra continuously even at night may not cause breathing problems, but it is not really good as it restricts the flow of blood. so, wear one when necessary only.
WHY ONLY WOMEN? even married men / male doctors may have proper answer for you. (As i think I have given you)
