can anyone tell me how to do an oil change on my car also the best oil to put back in,its a 2.0 16 valve engine,thanks

First, locate your oil pan under neath you engine block on the underside of the car. There will be a bolt you must loosen up. You need to take it all the way out. Put a tub or something under the oil pan to catch the oil. After it has all drained out, put the bolt back in and tighten it good. The best oil for low and high milage is Valvoline. If you have over 100,000 mies, get Valvoline Max Life.

Although most oils are pretty much the same, rule of thumb is that the most expensive is usually the best. I always get top of the line for my vehicle.
