Casually this deck is ok. Competitively it would never stand a chance. Where's Gagagigo or his upgrades? They're pretty good. That 50 more ATK can make a big difference. Also, Penguin Soldier should be in this deck. It returns 2 monsters. If you flip it yourself you can return it to your hand as well as bouncing your opponent's monster.

k heres the deal those frogs dont belong there, and u need sum monster destruction spells and traps, like smashin grounds, bottomless crap hole, sakaretsus.
and cynthias is right, shes one of the best around here, ive noticed and i jus got on here yesterday.
where are ur big wave small waves, runn three, an 3 levias, and u can draw a one final blow combo.
and try gettin gigagagagigo.
tournaments decks will wipe you out, becoz they contain many spell an trap destruction which can screw u over. gg.

mm, here I am, the expert. I've build 100 decks in all my entire life and there was that deck, the water deck, its finally good to see some1 with other interests else than exodia, man exodia sucks its preety good but it doesn't stand a chance against my spellcasters, and cynthia, u seem 2 be preety good, but what your deck made of?

add 2 more gravity binds and 2 more hydrogedons
i personally hate reload since its useless magical mallet is better
take creature swap out and add change of heart or brain control
