If you are trying to get pregnant do everything that you can to be healthy. The body takes awhile to know that it is pregnant and in those first couple of weeks its vital to take care of yourself like you are. Since you are trying to conceive it would be a good idea to start on prenatal vitamins. I am also trying to concieve and my doc told me to start acting like I was already pregnant. So now I take prenatals and fish oil pills. I also have been working on getting enough folic acid. You can still excercise when you are pregnant though...just nothing too extreme like running a marathon.

If you're not overweight, don't try to lose weight. Yoga is good. Some green tea won't hurt you, it contains caffeine but not much. But if you drink a lot of it, it will hype you and the baby up a bit. Go for decaffeinated green tea or better still, Camomille tea.
If you are feeling weak and tired tou may be anemic, possibly from trying to lose weight. Yoga is good and will not do any harm. Excercises will not hurt the baby, if you are doing them properly and they are low-impact (like yoga, gentle aerobics, aquarobics etc). Do more gentle excercises, eat well, but not excessively. Don't drink alcohol or smoke. Simple rules, easy to follow. Healthy bodies are more likely to have healthier babies.

Good luck, I hope this helps.

its hard to know what your question is and whats 4-5 days past the v thing ? if you mean 4-5 days past ovulation? then your 5 dpo and its way to early to tell the Dr will tell you that green tea will not hurt you and exercises is fine in moderation, are you on pre-natal vitamins or at least folic acid you need to be getting at least 400 milligrams while trying to conceive so your baby will have a better chance of not getting birth defects. good luck and lots of baby dust to you.
