Ok what would you do in this situation?? I have worked for a nursing agency for 8 years. What I do in this agency is go to different nursing homes, and fill in where they are short staffed. Well this particular nursing home that I've been going to wants to hire me, so I put in an application, because as of a certain date they are no longer going to be using agency, and I love working there. So now I have an interveiw today at 1:30, but I got a call today from my agency, they said that I was supposed to work today, at guess where ,the very place that I have the interveiw. Now I know that I wasnt scedualed today, but they insist that I was. First of all, I never book Monday's, seconed of all I would not have booked the day I have an interview! Do you guys think they did this on purpose because they dont want the nursing homes hirering their staff. Because they do lose a lot of money when the nursing homes hire their staff. I hope this doesnt ruin my chance at the interview!

I forgot to add this part,..... by the time that my agency called me this morning , it was allready to late to go in ,..... so they made it look like a no call no show,.... but the catch is..... i know that i didnt book it, but to the nursing home that im applying at , they think that I did book it cause my agency told them that I confirmed it. So today... when I show up to the interview, what do I tell them..... without bad-mouthing my agency..... because I think that makes me look bad.
