I can do it for you. Or depending on the thickness of the ears a paper hole punch will work. If you desire a smaller hole get one of those long, fat needles they use to inject adrenaline into the heart with.

Not just anywhere. It has to be the ears, they're some place on the head. But if your dogs name is Prince or Albert, and a bit of a cocker-spaniel, there just may be another place.
