for the company responsible for my accident to contact me re: settlement? They called me the day after, I called them back two days later with the information and now I'm waiting on them for an answer as to when I can bring them the information for them to make an offer. How long do I wait before going to a lawyer? Or should I go now? I've never been in this position before and so far I've paid $720 just for damages and injuries. Please, only serious answers, please.

Normally you don't need an attny unless you have injuries you are being treated for and they will negotiate with the insurance company for compensation. If you have no injuries you may be able to work things out with the other ins. co. Make sure you get all your "out of pocket" or you may need to get an attny if you are not getting the cooperation you think you should have from the ins co. Has your wait been longer than a week? If so I would call them and ask them for the status of your claim.

Do not Waite any longer. Go and seek legal council as this can jeopardize your legal status with regard to this matter. Most company's will stall you until your finances run out. In court they will claim you never made an effort to seek compensation as there never was any thing wrong in the first place. Good luck my friend.

You should have already have gotten a lawyer. Get one and make the company pay for it.
