Oh give it a rest! I am sick of people whinging about umpiring. Yes they make mistakes, they are only human. We all do. Sometimes their mistakes can change the outcome of a match, but every single team in the world, Asian or otherwise, has both benefitted and suffered from this.
There are NO umpires or referees on the ICC panel who are biased or poor at their job, even Hair, otherwise any one of the 10 test match nations has the right to veto their appointment. Why have none of the test nations vetoed Hair? Because he is damned good umpire, one of the best in the world in fact, even if he is an arrogant **** - he is NOT racist, and NOT biased.

NB: Can you lot not remember how bad umpiring was in the 70's & 80's before impartial umpiring came in, and we always had home umpires?!?! Because I can and it was a joke! Pakistani umpires would never give LBW's, English umpire's would always No Ball foreign bowlers when they took wickets, and yes, our own Aussie umpires would just never give LBW's to foreign bowlers. I will take Hair anyday to that. They accuracy is way better, and the games are more exciting as a result.

In the past there have been complaints that Referees are favouring one side and are partial. That is how the system of Neutral Umpires has come into force to avoid this complaint.
Since Umpires are human being and have to give decision instantaneously thee can be some mistakes and wrong decisions. The degree of such wrong decisions and mistakes vary from Umpire to Umpire and these have to be taken in the light spirit.

I strongly feel that for some wrong decisions taken by certain Umpires, itis unfair to blame the entire category of Umpires.

No I don't think so. Few incidents once in a way donot mean that all the referees and the umpires are bias. Still most of them are good.
