what could make you not like yourself ???You sound like a sensitive person and that usually means you are a nice person.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder b/c out ward appearance can change once a persons personality comes out and what's on the inside will always change the outside .You will never be beautiful to everyone eye b/c all don't see with the same vision.Be who you are ,be happy and find blessings in your mate and family. Who cares if you aren't Hollywood glamorous,Hollywood ain"t all that glamorous until the MAKE-UP artist come. your beautiful ways are what make you lovable, whether you were 100 lb. or 300 lbs.

So how many lbs is 58kg?
Exercise can help with self esteem issues. You dont have to be fat in order to exercise.
Eat healthy.
Go out and buy yourself a new outfit that makes you feel good.

is there anything that you like to do that you really enjoy? Doing something that you love well always is a great confidence booster. Also if you say you are overweight, why not do activites that you like. Example biking or hiking or whatever, as long as you enjoy it. I hate going to the gym and I hate being told thats the only way to lose weight, thats a crock!
As long as you enjoy what you do , you will feel alot better about yourself

Sounds as if you are a little depressed as well. The best thing to do is join a gym and start using the treadmill. When you exercise, it releases your endorphins, which makes you feel better. Also, the exercise will begin to shape you up. When you begin seeing results, you'll feel better about yourself as well. I can promise you that this will make a difference. Good Luck!

how does the opinions of others create problems in your marriage? see a counselor and find out what the real issue is behind your low self-esteem. no one can make you feel inferior without your permission ... including yourself

give yourself permission to feel good about who you are, you sound like a hottie to me

see yourself throught your own eyes, not the ones of everyone else, go get a hair style, do your make up every now and then and go walking, jogging or do any kind of exercise, cause it causes endorfins and makes you happier, try getting sexy sometimes to make your husband to notice you and try making love in a slower more romantic way but starting by touching each other and playing for a little while, foreplay is one of the best part for a girl, so do things that make you happy, and let him now that you're happier....try getting hat you want in every way...

I think sometimes everyone gets down on their self-image. I know I do. It helps to talk to someone. For me, I talk to my Mom. No one thinks you're more beautiful than your own mother! I found the link below, and it might help you too! Relax, you're not alone.

If your husband loves you and he tell you you are beautiful.....believe him when you love somebody even if the person is ugly it don't matter....you don't have to care what people think......not everybody will see you pretty all depends of the taste
