I feel depressed that I have big breasts because I cant wear any thing suitable
and I can't sleep also some time I have a backache moreover I can't play anything because I have some thing in my body prevent me to do any thing
im really sad

hey there. i have big boobs too, but they dont give me back ache, so they must be smaller than yours. my sis had massive ones and she got a reduction and is sooooo happy with the results, so you can do that.
as far as the clothes go, boob tubes go a long way. if u wanna wear halternecks or V necks but dont want heaps of attention or to look like a tart, then just wear a boob tube underneath that is a complementing colour. its in fasion to do that these days and if u get thin ones they wont make u too much warmer in summer. there are plenty of clothes you can wear that will flatter you without making you look like a whore. fitted Tshirts for casual, are awesome coz they accentuate your shape but dont reveal whats underneath. singlets that come up just a bit higher than spaghetti string tops, also look amazing. you can wear Vnecks or halternecks with boob tubes underneath and that will make ur boobs appear slightly smaller if thats what you want.
the best thing you can do is invest in top quality bras. dont get ur bras from Kmart or Woolies, go into a good boutique. in Australia, Bras n things or Myer are best, and get fitted by a professional. they will check that the bras you are wearing are actually the right size, and that they are supportive. you need an underwire bra that is lightly moulded, and with thicker straps, otherwise ur shoulders will hurt.
go get ur boobs fitted into a few good bras, and look at online shops with clothes for bigger breasted women, get ideas then go bargain shopping for similar looks, you can look beautiful and feminine with those boobs of yours!

I love my breasts... they're not as much of nuisance as your's are it seems. I had a friend with a similar problem, so she investigated plastic surgeons in the area and eventually got a breast reduction. It was the best choice for her! They brought her down to a full C, and suddenly, her back pain was gone, her clothes fit better, and to be honest - the guys we were friends with hardly noticed! You should start doing some research to see if it's right for you!

well I have wished for smaller breast for many reasons,but I wouldn't let it get me down.I can think of many reasons to deal with them as well.I'd love to wear a t-shirt w.o a bra,I'd love to wear any shirt w/o a bra,but that's just not happening.I have suffered marks along my shoulders all my life b/c my breast are big and kind of heavy.But you know what >they are mine and they are naturally big.They don't stand up,but even as a young girl they didn't so what. The purpose of them at all was to keep me from having to worry about feeding my children,God made sure that they would never starve so I guess they served their purpose in life and now we are just old friends. When I hold them up lol,and look at my nipples I see how really pretty they are and I'm happy that at least they are real,real pretty and really mine.

It´s a huge problem, and I´m not trying to be funny.
Not only most clothes don´t suit on you, or make you look cheap, but also, and most important, there´s the backache troubles,and the troubles when you want to go jogging, for example.
There´s a surgery that can be done, to reduce them, but frankly, thinking about all the women in the world who had to deal with breast cancer,who had to take them off in order to save their lifes, I´d rather let them be, and be grateful anyway.
(I´m 36D with a tiny tiny back and body to deal with them)

I had that problem and was forever having trouble with my posture, lower back, shoulders and neck. My doctor recommended a reduction, which I had around 9 years ago and I have never regretted doing so.

Mine is small but, i am satisfied with how it is. I dont wish to have big breasts like yours coz when I grew older, it will gonna sag. But, men likes it. Feel proud you have that okay. Actually, It is a gift that seldom women have. Others seek medical assistance to have one, so, just be contented with that okay. I saw a lot of women with big breasts wear good clothesline and shows the cleavage, wow, they look gorgeous. Dont be sad okay? Feel proud and dont slouch for dissappointment. Other women are envious to have that. Cheer up now okay.

Consider a breast reduction. Your insurance will pay for it if it is causing you health problems like a bad back. My niece got one and she has never regretted it! Big boobs suck.

Wrong or not,this could be a matter of opinion and I feel that you should not beat up on yourself if you have them as big as they are,you can have bigger problems if you keep complaining and take care of your self-esteem.there are women,s group therapy that can help you do better than the present,good luck.

have you looked into a breast reduction then you can be whatever size you would like 2 be and look and feel great in your clothes!! then you can go shop for new shirts that's always fun!!

me too!! I sometimes dislike having big breasts coz sometimes i can;'t anything to fit me. i don't really like to wear tight fitting clothes coz i'm wary of attention drawn to my chest!
