Relax, keep a clear head, keep up to date with what is really happening, get an education, drink water, eat well, move out of over poluted cities.

The world is not hard to live in - it's only hard if you make it that way. Living can be easy if you are smart enough.

You need to explain what you find hard about it, then we can help. Are you obliged to live in a slum, or on a rubbish tip? Are you an OAP struggling to cope alone? Have you a chronic illness? Are you a single parent? Are you caring for someone with dementia? Do you have a serious addiction? I could go on, but if you have no bad thing in your life, why do you find life hard? However, you may suffer from depression, in which case seek medical help, but whatever your problem take it to God in prayer.

Cherish your family and friends because they will help you through the tough times. Keep a positive attitude and life will go on. I have been through some hard times myself in the last ten years and am still going strong mainly due to my sisters and my now ex-wife. <--- thats just the tip of the iceberg mate :)

Being able to find the funny side to things has been a blessing! Nothing better than haveing a laugh.

The human animal would survive (with the proper natural population limit) if we are to revert to living in caves.
Maybe its natures way of reducing population by creating stress in some people enough to kill them.

Hey, we just do the best we can while we are in this world ... in case you haven't discovered it, no one gets out of this world alive anyway

EXCEPT for the Faith we have that we will overcome this world. We are offered an Eternity which only gets better and better.

Nothing worth doing is ever easy.

Just hang in there and try to make it easier for someone else along the way.

"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us" (i.e. people who trust in Jesus for the way through life and for life eternal): Romans 8:18.
