scam, swiss not only do not have a national lottery, but even if they did, it would not be open to people without full swiss citizenship

Well the next thing they will ask you to do is to pay them some administration fee and government Clarence fee etc. And without realizing it, you ended up paying them ten of thousand of dollars just to get the admin work done properly to have "YOUR MONEY" transfer to your bank account.

If you are smart, you would disregard any so called "FREEBIES" on the net...You never get anything for free...It will only cost you money...And in the long run, they have your personal information, and can send it to others in THEIR line of work...
