Humans, without outside help or machinery, such as aeroplanes, can't fly. That is because they do not have the right type of muscles required to fly. They are too heavy as well.

On a plane... hand gliding... Jumping off a very tall building ..you might fly for a bit but the results are not worth it so ditch that idea. on a very big bird maybe.
