Have you received any e-mails indicating you have won a good sum of money through e-mail lotteries? I don't believe them but everything sounds so right! should I trust them and submit information?

No No No!!! Why should you have won money from a lottery you never entered?? It a scam to con you out of YOUR money. Delete these emails and never ever reply to them.
