Victor-Marie Hugo, (1802-1885) born in Besançon, France, was a poet, novelist, playwright and statesman. Recognised as the most influential Romantic writer of the 19th century, he wrote his best-known works, "Notre-Dame de Paris" (The Hunchback of Notre Dame) in 1831 and his other epic novel, "Les Misérables", in 1862. Exiled in 1851 by Napoleon III for his republican views, he fled first to Brussels, then Jersey, before settling on Guernsey in 1855 with his family. On returning to Paris in 1870, Hugo was hailed as a national hero and he became a senator in 1876. His death in Paris in May 1885 was marked by national mourning and over two million joined his funeral procession from the Arc de Triomphe to the Panthéon, where he was buried.

I would imagine it was the author Victor Hugo. I would also imagine that you need help with spelling and parsing a sentence. So, maybe you should stay in school for the rest of your life.
