To get pregnant you need to be still ovulating and if you haven't had a period for 4 years then I doubt if you are.
You are young to stop periods and you should be speaking to your doctor.

It sounds like you're not ovulating which means you can't get pregnant. Every woman I've heard of getting pregnant at that age was on some sort of fertility treatment.

Since it has been 4 years of menopause it is not likely that you will start ovulating again. To be safe talk with your doctor.
