I am still trying to figure out how to tell if and when I am ovulating. I am not doing BBT as it has not been successful for me in the past. According to my chart that I have done on Fertility Friend and BabyMed, I should have ovulated on the the 28th of Sept. My last period started Sept 15th. I had sex on the 24th, 25th, 27th, and the 1st. I have been TTC for almost 2 yrs but only in the last 4 months have been able to pinpoint my cycles and get down that I have 29 day cycle. I am not sure what my luteal phase is. I should start again on the 14th of Oct. Can anyone explain why I am so tired lately, had a little cramping on the 30th and 1st, and why my breasts are more than just a little tender? I started taking Red clover on the 29th to increase my chances in the future. Could that be causing the breast tenderness? I have looked up Red Clover but didnt find anything on side effects

I also started taking Red Clover on the 29th to increase my chances in the future month

I have revised this question from an earlier question I posted and changed it a little. It is now the 9th and I am still having really tender and heavy feeling breasts. Someone told me in my other question that if I ovulated on the 28th,(and conceived) I wouldnt even be showing symptoms yet. Is this true. I ususally dont have alot of pms and certainly not 2 wks before I am supposed to start which is when these things started.

My husband and I ttc for four years. It is so exhausting worrying if the am I or not. What I learned was to not take a test and (try not to think about it) until I was at least 2 weeks late. I was a day late one time running to Wal-Mart buying a pregnancy test; I bet I took 6 tests in two weeks all because of false symptoms. I am not saying you aren't pregnant, I don't know, I hope you are. I would just wait until I was actually wait. Worrying and stressing can cause you to be late; as well as wanting to be pregnant so bad can cause false symptoms. Good Luck to you!

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. My husband and I tried for a year to conceive and nothing happened. The first month I used the book we conceived right away. Now I am due Feb 2. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

Hiya if you got pregnant on the 28th you could very well have symptoms. I ovulated on the 23rd sept and felt sick with sore bb`s about 9-10 days afterwards and I am indeed pregnant. So lets keep out fingers crossed for you. Good luck hon.

I would think you may have been successful in getting pregnant this time. The breast tenderness happens really early as well as the fatigue. They are usually some of the first signs that you are pregnant. I wish the best for you and hoping that your pregnant!
