In the beginning,,why do you want to delay your period? Because you are going with your boyfriend and wanting to have sex? Better don't delay it, let it come naturally........the most you can do now is to postpone your holiday and remember next time to choose a proper date.......

If you are on the birth control pill, start a new pack instead of taking the placebos (the ones at the end of the pack that you usually take during your period). This will prevent you from having your period or if you do have it, it will make it MUCH shorter and lighter.

If you are not on the pill, you could call your gyno. to see if you can start the pill now.

Have a great vacation!

There is definitely an injection available at your OB to stimulate period, and there should be one available to postpone a period too. Athletes use it to avoid periods during high perfomance days. Probably not covered by insurance and not sure if every OB will give you one just because you go on holiday. Remember this injection involves a lot of hormones and mgiht disrupt your cycle. Good luck!

The pill but I think you have to be taking it for a longer time than you have before your holiday. You can take two packs back to back. Ask your doctor but it's probably not a good idea to start taking a new pill just before going away anyway.

nicely in case you haven't any longer have been given spacers yet it is going to harm until eventually they take them out. in case you do have them or have already had them, you have felt the main soreness. as quickly as you get the braces they harm for the 1st few days. a pair of soreness killers like advil will help the soreness lots. After that they only harm once you get them adjusted. it quite is easily no longer poor soreness. completely stand up to-able.

If you use birth control pills, just don't start on the placebos......take another week of your active pills.......only until you get back from vacation......
