North Korea is provoking the international community to react considering that there were many demands stopping them from testing nuclear weapons. The world is waiting for the worse to come.

I dont see any war forecoming. They do not have enough resources to really do anything themselves. Especially after testing a nuke. Besides the fact that just about ANY country with enough money can buy a nuke off the black market for the right price. There are alot of back door deals for used plutonium that comes up "missing" from this country every year. It is more of a scare tactic but it does need paying attention to. There needs to be some kind of hold put on this country to strangle it so they can do even less than what they already are. Like putting a stop to the black market sales that they are involved with. There are many things that can be done but they need to be done now or else the country will be like on that new tv show about the country getting nuked. Here is a real threat to this country and we are spread to thin and do not have enough troops to actually do somthing about it because our fearless leader lied and got the U.S. in a very bad posistion.

No war or nothing just a lot of "upset" comments, United Nothing resolution and that's it.
US has its money and men tied elsewhere Japan or South Korea dint have enough of an army and nobody else cares enough to risk their necks.
The whole idea of nuclear freeze is obsolete, about 30 countries in the world have capability to build a bomb in 6 months. Supposed to be only 5.

North Korea is carrying out the nuclear test because it feels that it doesn't have enough starving people in their country. So they are hoping to blow off more of their defence budget to enjoy a hike in the level of starvation.

The first step to war, yep!
Boys can't have toys without playing with them.
My projection is that within the next twelve months you will see a substaintial distructive event using the North Korean nuclear power.
Look at their faces, they can't wait to prove to the free world what they can do.
Bend over and kiss your a** goodbye, there is nothing now we can do.

Korea still needs to develop a long range missle to be a threat to the US or Europe. They don't have enough ground troops to be a threat there either. At this point, it's just big boys and their toys. Once they do develop a longer range missle, then we need to sweat it out. For now, sanctions need to continue and pressure needs to contiue.

Finally they've made it. I think they're too exhausted now. No war, for sure...
This country put all its resources to this sacrifice. Now they think they will be respected and very intimidating in the eyes of the world powers but that's not true...
Just a lousy, failed country struggling to prove themselves right while doubting their rightness themselves in the first place.
