i don't like working out and i really can stop eating carbs and sweets.. i am not really fat but i'm kinda chubby..my friends im ok but i wanted to lose some weight..help

Calories in and calories out.

If you want to lose weight you need to put less calories in that you're putting out.

There's two ways to do it:

1. Eat fewer calories. (Diet)
2. Burn more calories. (Exercise)

You should do both.

Make sure you're eating nutritious foods too. Avoid fad diets (any diet "with a name" or "with its own book" might be a fad).

Some good advice: Do not drink soda - it's pure calories. Switch to diet, or better yet, unsweetened ice tea. Figure out how much soda (or sweets) you consume, and do the math - I'll bet you'll cut a load of calories if you kick these to the curb.

It's not simple. Each of us are different. But like you I like my carbs. I started eating three square meals a day and two snacks. Don't eat snacks after 5pm. See if that isn't enough to help you lose some weight. After a couple of months, try working in some walking about 15 mins a day. Work up to 30 mins a day over a two month time frame.

and eating any thing i not the prob. eat what ever, but exercise is the only solution to keep your self fit for long terms. i believe 30 mins. of exercise daily is great helping.
