Hi there.
You can do the same thing to get this fixed as I provided in the other answer.
Go to TOOLS then Internet Options again. Then go to the Security tab again and click on Custom Level.
There is an option that says "Submit nonencrypted form data", you need to make sure that is enabled or checked.
Try restarting your browser and you should not get that message again.

You need to change your firewall settings to allow for sending HTML and attachments.
Normally you can get to your firewall by clicking the security icon in the lower right corner of your task bar.
The steps will be slightly different, depending on what security software you are using.

One, your browser may not be up to date. Be sure that you are using the most current version. Also, you may have to download updates for the current version which may have patches for security issues.
Two, your browser may have security configurations that you, the user, can set for low security, medium security, or high security. If your settings are too high you will receive that message.
