Although Saddam has been on the run, after being caught, he is fighting well in the courts. Even after being thrown out of the courts, he comes back with the same vigour, to continue with his fight with the judge, trying him.
He should win.

It's called "hand to hand combat." Saddam is a little older, I believe, might have some health problems, plus Kim could possilby know Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate). But because Tae Kwon Do has some fancy sort of kicks, maybe Saddam could catch one and throw him off balance onto the sidewalk. Also, Saddam used to brawl in the streets and could probably get pretty nasty.
