1- Excell is simpley a spreadsheet program in the Microsoft Office package which is used to perform mathematical calculations using certain formulae (e.g: sum, average, max & min, standard deviation, almost all mathematical operations etc......). It'll be difficult to fake knowing these programs as it takes some time to become proficient in using them. In a nutshell, Excel is used for budgeting. It can also be used for rosters. You work in cells that Excel can add and sort automatically for you. PowerPoint is used in creating presentations for meetings. You work with slides and can add text and art and make them animated.

You're gonna need money than "honey" to pull this off .. It's not something you can learn overnite ... If you do go ahead with it good luck ... you're gonna need it ... Not being a b**ch here just realistic :-) Why not say you are on the waiting list for the next nite course at your local school ... If they like you enough at the interview they may sent you on one and pay for it too :-) Honesty in this instance is the best policy ...
