Your garbage will be put into the water bill. You will probably have about an $80 water bill and the electric bill will depend on the month. Some months are worse than others because Texas has extreme heat during the summers. You will probably run at least $350 on average per month. It will also depend on the type of home, insualtion, the normal tempertature you set the thermostat on, etc.

Couldn't tell you on a home of that size, but my experience was that Reliant Energy was cheaper than TXU, so you might want to give them a try. Their customer service was great and they give a $50 discount on your first month's bill.

If you are going through a realtor then he/she can find out those ansers for you....In fact they should already have that from previous owners bills.........To me that is just common sense...
If no realtor involved, then just ask the owner to show you...Why would he object? Good luck
