This world is a truth as you see it. Whether one can manage if there is no limit to the sense organs. If you hear the entire univers all the time it will be ridiculous, hence the limitations are meaningful. The results found from the equipments prove themselves true or not. Only one who is thorough in that field can find the things in that field only. Such as an astronomer can understand the stars, a microbiologist can understand the micro strustructure, a physicist can understand the atomic structure. Hence there is no reason to disbelieve all those with one's limited knowledge.

Lets split the question!
1. What is the world?
The place we live, things we see, hear, smell, taste or touch....
Now
2. What is truth?
Whatever our sense organs help us perceive! Don't people tend to remember nice little things in life? Yes, you do... This perception is not within the limits of the five sense organs but is true!
So the world that you perceive through your five sense organs is definitely true! And there is truth beyond that too.... that can be proved.

Example: You cant see, smell, hear, taste or touch oxygen, but you breathe it!
So, that has to be true! There are a lot of other percieving powers in humans beyond the five sense organs. All that is percieved by these powers is true!

Hope that answers your question!

:-)
Enjoy!
All the best!

Mind is greater than eyes and ears. It can imagine all that for which the eyes and ears have no access.
Knowledge is greater than mind.Knowledge is the result of the research and experiences of many generations. Generally it is kept in a very brief form so that it can be moved over several generations. Some persons simply pass on even though they don't understand it. That complete knowledge Vedas say that the world is true.but it goes on changing.
JAGAT SATYAM.
Can we take that science as the authority as it is still opening? No.
Can we take some body's logic as the authority as there is every scope for a better flash from some body else? No.
So we believe Vedas. It says the world as true.

If my understanding of UR question is righ, U R asking that whether this world is truth?
No one even the scientists could explain the reasons how this world came into existance. But in bible it says that god created it for us humans who once talked to them face 2 face.
The up 2 date discoveries says that even our planet ilself was used 2 be a huge star which has blown 2 what it is now. Even one could not confirn that 2. We even don't know where R V and how many more universe R like ours!!! So it's best 2 say that this world V live is true for now and V keep our future worries 2 our creator!!!!

In the words of truth this world we live is test for US 2 reach the eternal life GOD has for US!

There is great truth in the fact that are senses are limited and illusionary. Reality may vary from person to person. It is so easy to become caught up in the sensory world.
There is one Hindu teaching that states the world is but a dream of a god. When the god awakes all will be gone much as smoke rises into the air.

When we use a mind that uses thoughts made out of perception from the sense organs, truth to such a mind is also very related to the material things of the world so perceived. So the world is truth. When the perception deepens, both, the world and the mind would cease to exist , and would merge into one's own consciousness, and till such time, it is good and necessary to treat it as truth !

world is true as the Mirage of an oasis in a desert. Another example is the pattern you see inside a kaleidoscope. They exist because you can see them yet they don't exist because they are creation of optical illusion. So is the world which appears to exist yet keeps changing constantly and you cannot recreate the lost pattern

what is truth?
people have asked that and many other questions...why are we here, is there life on other planets, etc, for many moons.
I think that truth is self evident.
we see the facts and we can only assume on the truth, based on the facts.
the world is true, but the inhabitants have a problem with the truth. Each person's "truth" is different.

Put one hand flat on a table. Now with the other hand pick up a standard 16 oz. hammer. Raise the hammer above your head, then swing it rapidly in a downward motion directly above the hand that is flat on the table until contact is made. Did it hurt? THAT my friend is TRUE! Or...did you not do it because you know that it will TRUELY hurt?
And if that is true, then yes, all the world is, in fact, true. :)

Is this world a truth or not ..... depends on whether you can see the truth or not........ whatever you gather from your sense organs might not necessarily be true....... because like you said .... they have their limitations...... the world is full of perceptions.....illusions....... to see the truth ..... you will have to see the duality in this world......
