I have a normal life, a wife that I deeply love, a job. I don't have my own house and I have to deal with problems that are more or less common. why do I feel often down? I don' cheer to life. As much as I make an effort the first things that come to my mind when I wake up are all the problems I have to face. I am too much anxious about things. I don't wanna call it depression but sadness.
is there anything I can do about it? did you experience the same feeling?

You don't want to call it depression, but it is. I prefer to call it the saddies, too. First, drink more water...not getting enough water really does throw your whole system off. Try that for a week (a MINIMUM of 2 liters per day). If that doesn't work, go see a doctor. A low dose antidepressant may be enough to kick out the saddies. goodluck

Have you looked into Season Affective Disorder (SAD) at this time of year with the days getting shorter i always feel like this - it gets worse as the winter kicks in, I often feel sad, and almost a feeling of despair although everything in my life is just like yours normal!
The website below can give you more information, and speak to your Doctor - I hate taking tablets but my life has changed since getting my light box

It is a thing of fufilment. Try to do what you enjoy doing!
Chemical imbalances can contribute but all can be taken care with lots excercise and water and lots of fruits and salad. Your mood will cahnge for the better.

I had experienced this but I did all that and honestly I have never been better. Try it.

It sounds like depression and it IS NOT your fault. it is a chemicle imbalance in the brain. It could also be an anxiety dissorder. Don't be afraid to go to the doctor about it --> If you can take something that will make you feel like your old self then why not?

Maybe you're not as content as you think you are.How about helping the less fortunate(there's plenty of those).Regarding problems, don't try to fix them all in one day.Take them one at a time.Talk to your wife about what you've written here.Good luck to you.
