my friend is turning 19 and i have no idea what to get her ....shes like 5'2'' skinny i think she is a size 1 or 0.....she has long curly hair...please any advice would be nice!! please no stupid answers i really need to know thanks :) .....

Red is right, don't give her any clothing.
Look at you budget first. Then decide how much you want to spend on her. Knowing what she looks like isn't as helpful as knowing what she's like on the inside. You are her friend, think about what she likes, her hobbies, her interests, her career goals, etc...
Flowers, jewelry, accessories, like a purse, gift card to her favorite store, or time at a spa or salon are always safe.
If she's attending college or some kind of trade school, then look at things that she could use, or that incorporate what she is studying. Like if she's studying to be a lawyer, then a new briefcase or messenger bag could be really helpful for future use.
Assuming she doesn't live with her parents anymore, look at things to help her personalize her apartment/dorm room/house. Like home decor, i.e. clock, wall hanging, a throw (blanket), keepsake, trinkets, etc... Something that goes with both her personality and what she likes, and that signifies your friendship.
You could also go with the practical, and get her a coffee maker or something that she can use. At 19, she probably doesn't have a lot of money to buy her own household goods, so a practical gift might be more appreciated.
You know her better than we do (obviously) so just use your best judgment about what she needs and likes.

First off no clothes (deadly sin for a male to give a female clothes). Flowers, Candy, teddy bear, (vermontteddybears.com) a great greeting card with an on line card also. Then if you know here really well, CD's of music she likes, DVD's of movies, things like that.

Don't know your budget but you could try a nice necklace, doesn't have to be expense jewels or gold,silver is just as thoughtful. Flowers are nice, but they die after awhile. Clothes are always tough to buy for someone else unless you really know the person's size and style.

A gift certificate from her favorite mall store,and take her out for a big meal, she could probably use the nourishment. And make sure she doesn't go into the bathroom and purge it after. It's not healthy to be that thin.

why not try finding a beautiful scarf (ie silk etc) that she'd be able to style her hair into, like simply tieing it round her forehead and neck to create a head band, or using it to scoop her hair into if she's in a rush or feels she's havin a bad hair day. One in her favourite colour or that would enhance her eyes would look good :)

An anklet. It's not the run of the mill jewelry. My mother always said that only naughty girls wore anklets. It plays towards her youth and the ability to have fun.

music is a safe bet cuz every1 likes it & if you're friends you're likely 2know her tastes & she's likely 2appreciate you catering 2 them...
+ she gets sumthin' she likes that she can keep & think of you everytime she listens 2it
or u can try food, clothes, cinema's a tired birthday prez i think but theatre?, surprise party, phone credit, perfume if she smells! you might wanna prank her with an anniversary card or sum congratulations card, or get her ... there's loads of things, i cud go on! drop me an email if u still can't think of 1after this...
