Check out the videos at www.motorcycle-usa.com...They have a video where they compared the Suzuki GSXR1300 Hayabusa with Kawasaki's new ZX-14 Ninja and got a 9.85@149.5mph in the quarter mile with the Hayabusa but the Kawasaki beat it with a 9.65@153.2 in the quarter... Also they put them both on the dyno where the Suzuki produced 155.9bhp@9900rpm & 94lbs-ft@7000rpm of torque at the rear wheel and the Kawasaki made 169.1bhp@9500rpm & 104lbs-ft@7800rpm of torque at the rear wheel...What's not on the video but is in the article "2006 ZX-14 vs. Hayabusa" is their measured top speed where both bikes recorded a true 184mph.

220 mph, believe it or not
all the people above me who said less than 220 are wrong because i have watched a video of a stock hayabusa with only 180 hp go 225 mph.

My father-in-law has a derestricted model. He swears he has never gone over 70mph on it.
I don't believe him.
It has a 1300cc turbo engine on it.
