Unless it is having a negative impact upon other areas of your life there is no need to stop. It is both normal and healthy to do so, even multiple times a day is not a problem.
Many married men and men in long term, stable relationships still masterbate (including myself). This is also normal and not an issue of concern.
If you remain worried about the issue or concerned over medical issues consider talking to your doctor.

Why--unless it is getting to the point that it is impacting your job or doing other things, it is healthy. Most married guys or guys dating also masterbate, certainly a normal activity for most guys.

Stop looking at porn. No, seriously. You'll be amazed at how much that reduces the urge.
