my grandmother married her broher-in-law , his wife had been dead for 2 years and my grandfather had been dead for 3 , this 2nd marriage for both of them lasted 10 years before my great uncle died . an for what its worth my grandparents marriage was arranged by thier parents before they came to america from sicily , which was back in the 1890s . this 2nd marriage didn't cause any problems in the family that i can remember . an how many people reading this can say they went to thier grandmothers wedding

why would you think it was illegal........he isn't related to his wifes sister other than being the brother-in-law. I find it wonderful that this man can find love again....even if it's his former sister-in-law!
